Not bad

Bought this to make Swiss meringue buttercream grass. The colour wasn't as bright as I'd hoped (a bit light/spearminty) and I had to use quite a lot of it. I made the icing a few days in advance luckily and it did intensify in that time, and the final product actually looked really good.
