Although I was shipped an item with a hole in it, the customer support was incredibly helpful and cooperative to correct the issue. I was very much pleased with their help. I will say however that although I do realize the items are custom made and take time to process, ship, etc, it took approximately 5-6 weeks to receive the correct item, from the time I submitted the order to the time I received the correct item.
