Missing items and recent order of fuselage

Very timely response and assistance. My BIGGEST complaint is originally when I received the plane all of the control arms were for the ailerons and flaps and a flap servo was inop right out of the box. This was rectified pretty quickly with you all but when the parts missing and a new servo was sent all I got was flap and aileron control arms which are too short. I am at this time still looking for replacement control rods for the rudder and stabilizer because in looking for spares on you're website all you have is replacements for the flaps and ailerons. Not too mention I have gotten NO response on when you all will ever have props for the bighorn. Which i have gone out and found replacement props from a major competitor. Other than that don't know how the plane flys personally even though I have flown friends bighorn.
