I couldn’t believe the absolute care and attention to detail that I received with my purchase. I ordered a keepsake pendant for my mother with fur from our recent doggo who unfortunately passed away from cancer. He was our soul dog, and I wanted my mum to have a piece of him with her forever. From the packaging, to the handwritten letter and to the pendant itself, everything was perfect! I couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect!
