I put it in my engine oil, transfer case, and differential. Getting better mileage, along with quiet and smooth operation.

It does quiet the cam phasers

I have a 3 valve 4.6 with the knocking/ticking cam phasers. It doesn't set off any codes or affect drivability, but it is annoying at idle. The OT lubricant reduces the noise by about 70%. It only lasts for 200-300 miles though, so you have to keep up with it. But at least it's some sort of solution that doesn't break the bank and also keeps the moving parts well lubed.

Noticeably quieter

2013 v6 Tacoma just over 100,000 . Never had any major issues, but figured I’d give it a shot. Engine is running quieter than before . Also bought the gas additive, haven’t tested mpg yet. May save that for the fuel treatment review.
