The clothing was fine, the experience was bad. It was a holiday gift purchase, so I made sure that if the recipient didn’t like it, I could get a full cash refund. As it turned out, the recipient went to return it, and was told Store credit only. When my friend pushed back, the store manager got involved, and reluctantly agreed to provide the credit as an exception. An exception? Really?
