I had a small greenpan from Publix that was okay for a while. Then I saw the recommendation from Cooks Ilkustrated for the Valencia series and bought the two bigger pans. I loved them so when the sale cam along it was a no brainer to buy this new small one for myself. I love it and my old small grocery store one can be a play it for my grandsons.
