TOYO Trunk Shape Toolbox T-360 W (White)

Disappointed in shipping and customer service

Ordered this box and a few others, the outer box has damage during shipping which impacted the T-360 (all the other boxes are fine), including a dent and a paint chip. Reached out to customer service and after providing two rounds of photos, I have yet to receive a resolution, and their preliminary feedback suggests they are not responsible for it. I get that the products are shipped all the way from Japan to the US and are subject to shipping mishaps, but I feel this risk should be managed between the merchant and the shipping company. As a customer, I feel somewhat robbed because I most certainly would not have willingly purchased a product in the condition I received at this price point.

Excellent quality and even better customer service. My original order was damaged during delivery and Toyo replaced the order in less than a week.
