Purist 2 Spool (Legacy)
I have used Lamson reels for years and the Purist 2 legacy reel is perfect for lightweight fly fishing with a bamboo fly rod on small streams. I needed a spare spool and found the Purist 2 Legacy spool on the Lamson site - Excellent spool that fits the original frame perfectly. Highly recommended and fast service.

Best reel ever.
Owned my Purist reel for over 20 years now and have yet to see any reel that matches it for functionality, simplicity, and light weight. I love the fact that I can continue to improve the versatility by purchasing spare spools for this "antique". The finish of the newer spools is not quite the same, but the fit is perfect. I own a dozen or more Waterworks Lamson reels. The P-1 is, and always will be, my favorite.
