Waited to long to buy this!

I looked at this for a long time before deciding to spend the money, but it was a great investment for all my ornament collection. Undecorating this year was a breeze, and I can't wait to bring it out next holiday season! Saving for the gift wrap/craft station now!

This product is the best!

Never again while I have to crawl up into the attic to drag down the Christmas ornaments with this product. They’re all neatly in one container that I zip up and push into the closet making next Christmas breeze.

Difficulty getting credit for my return

The box it came in was never opened. I could tell just moving it inside from the front porch it would be too heavy to move to second floor of the house. I immediately contacted the company for a return authorization which I was happy to receive in about three days. I tracked the return back to their location and expected a credit the next day. That didn’t happen. In fact, they asked me for proof that the return was made. After several emails back and forth of this ridiculousness, I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
