A repeat purchase

I bought these puzzle pieces before but couldn’t decide what to create with them. I decided on bird portraits. They look great so I bought more when they became available.

Into and Past the Puzzle

These puzzle panels are the bomb. I am so glad I was able to snatch up some, I plan on using 4 in a set so I will be doing 3 different paintings with the puzzle panels. I sealed them twice with the Golden’s GAC 100 with 2 coats each and then I gesso-ed them with 2 coats of clear gesso. They are really fun to work with. I am still finishing up my first two designs and I think I will wait a little while to do the 3rd set. But so far these are a dream to work with, they fit together so perfectly and are sturdy and really well crafted and cut.
