Tonal Quality is more than I expected for this level of instrument! The only negative, which is overstating it, is that the bridge had to be slightly readjusted because the feet were not square with the fingerboard and F-hole marks. The string lengths from the nut to the bridge to the tailpiece also needed to be touched by slightly shortening the tailpiece hanger. These minor adjustments increased the volume and brought out the harmonic tones. I would purchase this instrument again! Thanks, Kennedy Violins!
