I don’t like the texture of shakes of any kind but because the product is so healthy and satisfying I mix it with water or fruit juice to a pudding consistency then chop up apples or grapes and treat it like a dessert instead of a shake.

I am very picky about supplements and how shakes taste. This chocolate Opticleanse is very good! I’ve been using them consistently since June and I am very pleased. The taste and texture is good and I add a banana to mine, but any fruit would work.
