Over the past 10 years, I have used the mighty mule. gate opener, and it has been worthles!! I've been repairing more than has been using? the mighty meal now this lift master is quiet and flawless. I'm looking forward to many years of use. The only problem I have right now is two of my remotes are not working. But I'm sure this company will make it right.
