Very nice piece of jewelry as well, but was part of a delayed order that arrived late. They were very communicative though and provided a discount on my overall order.

Biggest drawback was the extended processing and delivery time. I ordered on September 19th, and received the finished necklace on November 7th. I would have loved to order for the holidays, but there just isn't enough time. Quality of the personalized necklace was so perfect, it brought tears to the eyes of the owner. Such a beautiful presentation too - in a tiny pullout drawer and accompanied by a soft drawstring bag.
