It has only been 2 weeks since I started. I know I have seen a difference with the shampoo and conditioner. There is little to no shedding and I can feel the difference in my hair since using the quencher and sealer. I will give the Healer 4 weeks because I don't want to imagine new growth, but my scalp feels refreshing.
