Ran big. I'm normally a size 10. Had to return for a size 11. Exchange process was smooth (after googling how to cuz I couldn't find it on website). Not very comfortable but go perfectly with my 90s inspired outfit to see the band AQUA. Definitely a short wear type of shoe lol.
