This olive oil is a MUST BUY!

The cilantro & roasted onion is absolutely delicious drizzled over italian bread with a little butter and parmesan, then broiled quickly in the oven. It also is phenomenal on baked fennel with parmesan. It truly brings any baked dish to a whole new level! Love it love it love it!

Not my fave ... strong on the onion flavor

I LOVE most of these oils but wasn’t totally enamored by this flavor. I think it was the strong onion taste for me that didn’t work. But I’m headed back for the blood Orange!
