Lovely product, easy to apply. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars is that the balm has quite a strong smell which makes it difficult to apply as my spaniel wants to eat it

The item is good when I finally received it I contacted your customer services as had not got after a week so got an email back saying unfortunately lost in transit bad service when takes newly 2 weeks to come so puts me off recommending yourselves to others
