RDWC Hydroponic System 5 gallon 4-site

Hey, I have to tell you guys and girls that this company has the best customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in my life on any kind of online product. Kris has been the main man here helping me out through some questions I’ve have about building the product and one item was slightly damaged and immediately we were replacing it in another item. I don’t know what else to say but I’ve asked this guy about 12 different questions and he’s answered one of them I can’t ask for better customer service than what I’m receiving here and I know the product is gonna work as well as a customer service. I have great faith in this company so if you want a great quality product at a great price and you want some great customer service and this is the company to go with.

Artisun Technology RDWC system is simply top notch and a great deal too.

This system is awesome! simply put. Assembly was a piece of cake and easy. No tools needed, it came with its own wrench and that is 'just super convenient. Shipping was on point. We actually received the system 2 days ahead of schedule. System was packaged perfectly and had no damage at all. Support from Artisun has been top notch period. Both Chris's are super friendly and mega helpful and also super approachable and easy to talk to. Bottom line: This system is worth every penny, and its upgradable as well. Alot of other systems cost much more but seemingly offer less. The pumps included in this system are brand name and top notch as well. No corners were cut with the design and building of this system, and thats a huge plus. Thank you Artisun Technology for ALL of your top-notch help :) I'm one happy customer!

Exceptional System

I have been researching for my RDWC system for a few weeks. My requirements were reliability and simplicity, money not an object, and this system I have both of these requirements satisfied 100%. I just purchased my second one, identical. IMO there is no other better quality, simplicity, cost value out there.
