Smoked Duck "Prosciutto" - Dry Cured Duck Breast (10.5-12oz)

Tough Call

The taste is mild and pleasant but not satisfying. The portion is at least 50% viscous fat covered by limp skin. The actual muscle is so leathery and rubbery that a fork can barely penetrate it. Looks appealing but ultimately disappointing.

Smoked Duck Prosciutto

Usually get the plain old duck prosciutto but this was a happy addition. Great smoky flavor. Highly recommended.
