Opening an order from Victorian Heart is like opening a gift from a friend. I do all my (non-grocery) shopping online and I can honestly say I have never had a seller pack my purchases with as much thought and care. I’m a believer in presentation is everything and My Victorian Heart far exceeds what anyone would ever expect. They actually package it like you would package a present. I didn’t want to tear up the wrapping and actually saved some of it to use again! LOL! The products they sell are high quality and some I have purchased from other places in the past, and the seller may throw in a free gift that I would have never bought or used, but My Victorian Heart has always included a gift and the free gifts have always been something I would definitely use. The last gift was some beautiful transfers that really blew me away, and I will most definitely be using. I placed a rather large order this time and this gift was the best yet, so maybe the gift gets even better based on the order amount! But as I said, I have liked and appreciated them all and I can tell they appreciate me as a customer. I lose myself looking through their wide selection of beautiful rice papers. They inspire me and give me ideas for new projects and I always end up buying more than I originally intended. I am very new to molds, clay and decoupage, it was so nice to have the help that was offered. The items I ordered were beautiful I loved the way the package arrived, opening it; was like opening a Christmas gift. I took a photo of the package and put it up on my group site.
