The Hoppe lock we ordered along with the 3-day expedited shipping was a CF. We received someone else’s order in 3 days and waited an additional week to receive the lock we ordered. It wouldn’t have been such a bid deal except that our back door had no lock for 10 days. The owner of Countryside Lock was apologetic and did refund our expedited shipping fee. If ordering from Countryside Lock, insist on a double / triple inspection of item ordered prior to shipment.
