The descriptions and pics were misleading

The product itself is good quality and works well. The descriptions showed hooks, and said nothing about needing them or ordering separately. When I called the lady representative said she could see why one would be mislead and changed the description immediately. This was no help to me as I had to order them separately. I would have thought she would have at least offered free shipping if I ordered hooks through them, but didn’t. So I ordered them elsewhere. I won’t be back but again, the product itself is good quality, packing etc was good.

Excellent quality and design. I was happily surprised by the brass interior fitting. Absolutely lives up to expectation.
