ESP/950 Ear Cushions

Great customer service!!!

This review is not for the ear cushions. This review is for the customer service I received from Ruby at Koss. I ordered the wrong ear cushions. Then I called customer service at Koss and spoke to Ruby. She said she would send out the right ones for my head phones, and did! Fantastic customer service! Koss is a great company with great people! I wish all companies operated like Koss!!!

Looks good as my old one developed cracks in it but NO instructions on how to install it.

Affordable OEM ear cushions for ESP95X/ESP950

I replaced the original velour cushions of my ESP95X with these pleather ones, which improved the bass impact and the upper treble frequencies that the velour had muffled. I opted not to use the foam ear cup screens, as they also dampened the treble. Although the pleather can become sticky with extended use and doesn't match the comfort of velour, the audio enhancement makes it a worthwhile trade-off. Installation requires patience. It is helpful to gently stretch the cushions' vinyl ring over the ear cup edge before tucking the vinyl into the groove. Attempting to stretch and tuck the vinyl at the same time can lead to frustration. The durability of thin pleather over time is uncertain.
