Missing the brass base plate

The product is lovely but ruined by the fact there was no brass base plate for the shower. Can’t tell you how freaking ridiculous this looks in my bathroom. Happy to provide photos of the look with silver bass plate and brass shower head :(

All directional shower head

The instructions for installing the shower head are very vague. I don’t speak ‘plumber’ and I had difficulty figuring out how to install the shower head. I ended up just trying anything and it now sits very crookedly on the wall.
