Disappointed

I’m sorry to say the product is a disappointment. Your heavy duty sawtooth hangers aren’t nearly the quality as the ones I ordered years ago. You don’t need a sawtooth hanger on often but when you do it’s very important it doesn’t bend. I suppose it’s a sign of the times. Quality is compromised because of costs.
