Disappointed in the change to back hooks

This isn't a complaint about your store, who were efficient and courteous. However, I've noticed Elomi have changed the spacing of their hooks in this bra, and using 3 hooks instead of 4. As someone who has experienced weight fluctuations, my most recent fluctuation was that I expanded at the back but not in the bust: extenders were a good solution. Now this bra style won't fit a standard extender, which is plain stupid (or expensive for purchasers). Thankfully I've lost weight.

Most comfortable supportive bra ever

I have purchased a total of 6 energise bras over the last 5 years (one in transit). They are the most comfortable EVER and am reluctant to buy any other style - although would love something a bit more dressy. Sadly though, I have just had the underwire snap on my last intact one. On every one of these an underwire snaps when I bend down to do up a shoe or similar action. I do get a bloated tummy so may put extra pressure on the underwire. I have tried changing bra sizes but still snap. It snaps so loudly that anyone around me looks absolutely horrified wondering if I just broke a bone. I'm now desperate for the new energise to arrive. Can I ask if there is any way of purchasing replacement underwires. I have mended some of my other ones with underwires from previous bras living at the back of the draw but have run out of them and I can't buy H cup underwires anywhere... open to suggestions. Otherwise, this is a really good bra - the best ever.
