So I've never worn any kind of knuckle shields whatsoever as I don't enjoy extra bulk around my hands. But after a few sessions on the bag I decided to shop around for knuckle shields just so that I could have that added protection. I came across the MK1 Jet Knuckle Shields and was pleasantly surprised by it. It's a simple sleeve design coupled with a dense and flexible foam. Now, the MK1 Select gloves have a crazy amount of wrist support. Wearing both the Select gloves and Jel Knuckle Shields makes your punches feel really, really solid and protected.

Great knuckle pads! They really saved my knuckles when I had a knuckle bruised and fit really well and are very protective.
