Brilliant mat which I used for Pilates. A reasonably thick mat which helps with my kyphosis. Non toxic. Nice colour & design. A tad heavy and larger than some mats but it’s acceptable. I managed to find a suitable yoga bag for this mat to fit into, albeit the mat being a snug fit but it is ok. Quick delivery and I works definitely recommend this mat.

I have never bought an expensive mat before but I wish I had. This is total value for money. It is utterly non slip and the alignment markings are fabulous. Don’t wait buy one!
