Pup Plank Inflatable Dog Ramp

J’adore. Le matériel est très résistant, nous l’utilisons tout l’été dans le golf de Saint Tropez avec notre Golden Retriever de 40kg. C’est léger , cela se gonfle en 3 minutes et rapide a installer. Nous surprenons tout le monde avec cette rampe car ici cela n’existe pas. J’en ai même une deuxième au cas où …. Je ne pourrais plus jamais m’en passer. Notre chien est si heureux.

Thought the item was a little pricey but felt reassured by the company’s “30 day no hassle returns” policy. Took my 9 year old 85lb lab out on our pontoon 3 days after it arrived with very high hopes. She just didnt like it. Particularly the mesh satepa. I packed it up in its original box and emailed the company for a return authorization. To my surprise, the email i got back referenced a return policy several clicks into their website that contradicts the scrolling banner that said “30 day hassle free returns”. I was informed that the product had to be unopened/unused to be returned. I requested equal credit for the item towards another, non dog ramp, item from their website. After consulting with a supervisor, that request was denied. They did however offer me a discount code for my NEXT purchase 😂. Needless to say, i will not be buying anything with this company’s name on it ever again.

My daughter's dog loved this float. So much that I had to buy the booster float for my boat so that way the dog could actually float around in the smaller one.
