I ordered the wrong version of this chair at first and reached out to customer service to get the one I wanted. They responded immediately, updated my order and I got my chairs within a few days. We took them to a lacrosse tournament and they worked out so great. Great quality and a great company!!

The chairs build quality and canopy construction are big selling points. We are enjoying them at the Softball field and out camping. We wish the cup holders were deeper. The width is great, but taller cups are less sturdy in the shallow holder. The extended side flaps should come with the base chair. We thought we had added them to our order but they did not arrive. We were not charged though and your customer service has been fantastic. A great chair, great customer service!
