Still not received replacement

Delivery of original item was swift. However I had to send them back for a different size. Tracking showed my parcel was received by 8000 kicks over a month ago and I am still waiting for my replacement. Communication has been very poor. Every email I sent was responded to with a generic bot like reply. I am still waiting on my replacement and if it doesn't arrive this week I will be seeking a refund

Very nice and waterproof shoes. The only downside is that the sole is not very abrasion-resistant. It would be great if, in addition to the foam sole, a durable Vibram-like outsole were used, which would also extend the life of the shoe.
