Shipping wasn’t great

The packaging was inefficient. The thin cupholders were loosely placed in a box with some paper. Almost all of them came either bent or with the paint missing. Thankfully, I ordered a set off of Amazon because the shipping was supposed to be three days, and it took over a week for it to leave the factory and then another week for it to get to me. Not worth the hassle of going through customer service to request a refund. I will find a use for them, but definitely, they’re not usable for the poker table I was building for my client. Will not order from them again.

The cups are amazing, will be purchasing more in the future when I get more orders in for custom tables
