High quality, but not perfect

The cases, racks and chips all were delivered in good condition. Packaging was sufficient to keep the products safe. All products are of a good quality. Poker chips are hefty (13.5g), easy to read and uniformly made. Unfortunately when I received my order of 1200 chips, one role had a chip missing. It’s minor thing that won’t likely affect game play for me. However, it does drive my OCD a little crazy with the one chip missing. Other than that everything in the order was great.

i love the fact that i can see which chips are in the case but the are truly poorly made. They are like aluminum foil. I love casino supply. Excllent provider but this product isn't the answer.!
