Took a long time to ship. Good customer service though

I’d give the tint keg a 5 star rating but the company themselves I am just baffled by the lack of customer service. Paid extra for brass spray gun and got plastic one. Then was told my order was going to ship out last Friday and even called to confirm that and was lied to they just printed the label out and never took it to ups. Then was told by Luis that he would personally take care of my orders from now on so I’ve texted him multiple times and have only got the response of “give me a few minutes “ then never got a response then my brass sprayer was supposed to get shipped out today but who knows if it has because I never got a tracking number…
