The iron itself looks cheaply made, which is a bit infuriating at it’s price point. Specifically, the plastic coating on the inside surfaces looks scratchy and rough— its smooth to the touch, but looks awful and cheap. The conair travel steamer I am replacing with this honestly looked more presentable. The packaging was also falling apart as soon as I opened the shipping box. Haven’t tried it yet, but hopefully the experience using it is better than the experience unboxing it.

i love it but my hands do get tired after a while cuz of how large it is. i love using it for shirt sleeves.

This is way better than any iron or other sooner than I’ve tried before. I love the dual sided plates with the steam. I only have to go over cotton blonde one time and it’s wrinkle free. I like that I don’t need other equipment except for a hanger one straightening my clothes. I would highly recommend this very easy to use.
