Works with a NV3500 manual trans

I used this on my 2003 factory 5 spd 2WD Blazer to do a V8 swap. The slotted trans mount holes allowed me to slide the engine back over an inch for more radiator clearance, The large double humps gave me room to run dual exhaust off of shorty headers. The only minor issue I had was the bolts holes on the drivers side were too close together and I had to clearance one of them to get both bolts in. I bought a new G force trans mount with 2 lower mounting holes at the same time since mine was a single stud type. They fit together just fine.
