Customer service lacking

My crossmember was shipped with the required mount for tr6060 (per the description). The crossmember came in scratched up and did not come with the required mount adapter. Customer service focused on how I was wrong about the description and wouldn’t address the scratched up crossmember issue. I was a little thrown off, so I bought the adapter for my transmission from another vendor. Im 500$ in, so I’ll use it but wouldn’t shop with these folks again.
