The rack was straightforward enough to assemble. Seems solid, secures the bike very well on to the roof. Please with purchase.

Sturdy & compatible
The rack sits well on my Forester crossbars and I had no issues loading & carrying my 5" tire XL fat bike on the highway and bumpy roads. Come summer I plan to use it with my mountain and carbon road bike.
