Food products poor service

The QLIPRS are a game changer for tomatoes but the customer service for Farmers Friend is very poor. I placed an order for more QLIPRS because our team couldn’t find ours from the year prior. They were actively looking when I placed the order because if we couldn’t find ours, we were suddenly behind. I recently had an amputation and couldn’t go help them look. I spent $500 and it wasn’t 30 minutes later that the team found them. I immediately emailed to ask to cancel my order to the support email and never heard back. Of course shipping is prompt and it wasn’t a day or so later that I got a message that the order shipped. There’s a restocking fee and I wasn’t about to pay that to return the item I had requested to have cancelled before it even shipped. So we kept the QLIPRS as extras for next year. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years with Farmers Friend and I’m so disappointed that they would not respond even just to say, cancelling wasn’t possible.
