Sizing varies a bit

I love these shorts, but I gained some weight so my size 2 shorts were a bit tight. These fit better, but I find they are a little shorter rise than my size 2 shorts and other pair of size 4 shorts.

Comfortable!

Impressed with these shorts! I love the ability to order in different lengths (ordered 6"). The shorts fit perfectly and they feel great on - no binding or pulling! Recommended!

Wanted these to work

I had such high hopes for this short. The soft corduroy fabric is wonderful. I read reviews that said this high rise style may run a bit smaller than the lower rise - so I ordered up a size, still too small. Or rather "fitted" instead of a looser fit I was hoping for. For reference I am 140#, 27in waist, and 38 hip. I ordered the 8 - needed the 10 or 12 for loose fit. Yikes!
