Shadowfire 365 (new model) Rod Replacement Part

I received my order, but box had dent in it and product received was broken. Packaging not adequate for a fragile product inside. Fragile product needs to be placed in a hard cardboard tube or plastic sleeve to protect from shipping damage. I cannot fish my with my rod until i get a new replacement part ship to me. That’s disappointing.
