Was offered this shampoo as an alternative. Cleans, clarifies hair v well. I Use Form whenever hair feels dull, lacking luster. I have normal & dry hair, so not used daily as it can strip natural hair oils. He uses daily on his normal & oily scalp. He likes it, it’s good & he’s happy with Form shampoo. We both enjoy that menthol cool effect whilst shampooing. Thank you Momoko
