Best Clay I’ve Used for Fine, Straight A1 Asian Hair
I have fine, lower-density A1 Asian hair that is naturally very straight and tends to fall flat, so it can be difficult to get noticeable texture, volume, and hold without making my hair look greasy or weighed down. Forte Texture Clay has worked extremely well for my hair and has become my main styling product.
I apply Based Bodyworks Sea Salt Spray first, blow-dry my hair into shape, and then finish with a small amount of the Forte clay. It gives my hair strong hold, definition, and separation while maintaining a natural matte finish. It keeps my textured fringe in place throughout the day without making my hair feel stiff, crunchy, or overly coated. It is also easy to reshape when needed.
I have also tried the Based Bodyworks clay, but I prefer the Forte Texture Clay. The Forte clay gives me better hold, texture, and overall styling results for my hair type.
Since my hair is fine, I only need a small amount. Applying too much can weigh it down, but when I start with a little and gradually add more, it gives me exactly the look I want. The container also lasts a long time because so little product is needed per use.
Overall, this is one of the best hair products I have used. I would highly recommend it to anyone with fine, straight A1 Asian hair who wants more texture, volume, and reliable hold without excessive shine.
