Pure excellence!

I've been a big fan since discovering this many years ago at the Gilroy Garlic Festival! Love using with one of their delicious Balsamic vinegars as a dipping sauce with fresh bread, amazing in vinaigrettes, or simply drizzled over grilled vegetables or salad with cracked black pepper and flaked salt! Yum!

Excellent Olive Oil and Superb Service

This is my go-to olive oil. I use it for regular pan cooking, in salad dressings and dippings. I have purchased this regularly for many years and it never disappoints. The large size bottles are a great convenience. Service from American Olive Farmer is also superb. The shipper dropped a recent shipment, broke one of the bottles, reboxed the remaining bottles and delivered an oil-soaked box to me. Although this was totally the shipper’s fault, Liz promptly sent me a full replacement. Could not be happier with the quality of both the service and the olive oil.
