I have more energy in gym and not tired mid afternoon. Only diff in my eating habits is adding this product to my morning coffee.

This Inulin powder was a good price, arrived in a timely manner directly from nutricost and I'm pleased with how it's improved my gut health. I have a scoop every morning in a cup of tea or coffee and it adds a slight sweetness.
