There was a little mix-up with my initial order, but they were very responsive and fixed the issue right away, which I really appreciated. I’ve been using the products and so far, I’m impressed! My hair feels softer, stronger and much easier to manage, but not heavy or coated. I can definitely tell a difference, especially in the areas that needed a little extra love.
