When I make meatballs I always do 50/50 between beef and pork. The flavor from the meats are excellent. I highly recommend the PGP for flavorful hearty meals.

Excellent meat high price

Meat was really good. I mixed it with hamburger which made it all taste a whole lot better in my spaghetti. But once again the price is pretty high and I can get the same quality meat from Costco where the cheaper price like $4 a pound cheaper packaging was awesome. Didn't make any meatballs

easy to season yourself

we added salt, pepper and ground sage and it was delicious!
