Shipping was very delayed (FedEx’s fault) and it got delivered on day 5 and it was so well packaged with dry ice that it was still frozen. Amazing!

I have not cooked a roast yet, but i am looking forward to it. I researched every grassfed beef ranch online and view White Oaks Pastures as one of the best along with Certified Piedmontesse. However, White Oaks is the best and better than Piedmintesse because they are certified grassfed & finished beef by AGA, and they have 3 lb roasts at fairly affordable price.
